Shipping policy

We ideally ship within 3 working days.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled midway. In such a case, please receive the product and return it to us as per the refund policy.

We are committed to delivering your product to you as soon as possible but it may take up to 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Returns

We accept the return of the product if  any manufacturing defect like torn, damaged , incorrect item which is reported within 24 hours from the receipt of the shipment.

Our refund policy aims to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please send returns to SOXBOX, including original packaging and tags, to qualify for a full refund. Items not meeting these criteria won't be eligible. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days via bank transfer or UPI. For Cash On Delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be deducted.
